NFL pro Kelvin Hayden finally popped the question over the weekend after two years of dating.
The Hidden Figures star announced the happy news on her Instagram on Monday, May 14, showing off her exciting new bling.

“I said yes y’all!!!” she announced. “He started with the Cartier love bracelet BUT that was my #Mothersday gift and then he dropped to his knee and I almost passed out!!!”
“#sheisofficiallyoffthemarket and she is sooooooooooooo HAPPY!!!!!! #GODIS,” she finished.
The pair have always been relatively private in their relationship. Taraji first addressed their relationship last December during an episode of the Yes, Girl! podcast.
“You know, I’m not the type to blast my personal business, but you know, I think that it’s important for people to know that I’m happy,” the Oscar winner said.

“I’m very very happy. I just am. We’ve been together for two years. And no one would really know that because I don’t blast my info like that but I’m very happy.”
Maybe now that they’re engaged, he won’t be such a hidden figure in her life?
