Kendall Jenner’s Secret Fight with Sister Kylie Leads Today’s Star Sightings
May 10, 2018Even though the Keeping Up with the Kardashians clan is thick as thieves, Kendall and Kylie Jenner don’t get along sometimes. Case in point: Their big fight about a certain famous BFF.
In her new cover story with Elle magazine, Kendall, 22, revealed that she had a secret spat with her little sister over mutual bestie Hailey Baldwin. According to the model, her sibling did not initially approve of their friendship.

“She was actually best friends with Kylie, and I was good friends with her cousin Ireland [Alec Baldwin’s daughter]. Hailey lived in New York, and whenever we were there, we would hang out with her,” Kendall said, explaining she “stole Hailey from Kylie” during one New York Fashion Week. “From then on, she was my homie.”
However, that apparently didn’t sit tight with the Kylie Cosmetics founder. “At first, Kylie was mad,” Kendall recalled, “I had to bring them back together and be like, ‘No, it’s okay, guys. But it’s all good; that’s our love story.”
In the same interview, the fashion It-girl also opened up about her initial mixed feelings towards Kylie’s surprise pregnancy. While she admitted it was “obviously a bit weird” for the 20-year-old to be having a baby before she did, Kendall said the experience of seeing the makeup mogul become a mother only strengthen their bond as sisters.

“I didn’t expect it to happen like this. But it’s beautiful,” she gushed. “It’s brought us closer together. We’ve always been very close, but we would butt heads all the time. This has made her a bit more loving toward me.”
As for the rest of her famous family? Kendall confessed she sometimes have to put them on mute to focus on herself.
“I could not check my phone for two minutes, and there are, like, 100 text messages,” she said. “The majority of the time, my family group chat is on sleep mode. I can’t have it on vibrate.”
