John Travolta and Olivia Newton-John have ‘Grease’ reunion
January 29, 2018
There’s no doubt John Travolta and Olivia Newton-John are still “Hopelessly Devoted” to each other 40 years after making Hollywood musical “Grease.”
Travolta, 63, and Newton-John, 69, beamed during a reunion at a black-tie ball in Los Angeles on Saturday night.
The pair played naive exchange student Sandy and ladies’ man Danny in the 1978 hit.
“Grease” took $393 million at the box office worldwide, making it the highest-grossing movie musical of all time.
Since battling cancer in 1992, Newton-John has dedicated much of her life to raising money for breast cancer research.
She’s since raised millions for charity after donating proceeds from her album sales.
Newton-John told The Radio Times: “I am grateful for the experience because without it I would not have done many of the things I have done in my life.
“It’s taught me compassion for those going through difficult times.”
