January 24, 2018Christina & Tarek El Moussa Banned From Bashing Each Other In Front Of Kids
Christina and Tarek El Moussa’s divorce was finalized on Monday, but new details have emerged regarding the estranged pair’s custody agreement. According to documents obtained exclusively by RadarOnline.com, the tumultuous couple have been banned from bashing each other in front of their kids.
The Flip or Flop stars, who share two kids, Taylor, 7, and Braydon, 2, have been court ordered to withhold from making “any disparaging or derogatory remarks about the other party in the presence of the minor children or either of them.”
What’s more — according to the final order — in order to keep the peace they’ve also agreed to keep their minor children away from anyone who might bash either parent. “The parties shall not permit the minor children to be in any place where any person (regardless of whether such person is a relative, friend or significant other) is making disparaging or derogatory remarks about the other party.”
Furthermore, the duo will share joint legal custody of the kids. Tarek gets Taylor and Braydon each week from Wednesday starting at 3pm through Saturday until 5pm, but during the summer vacation time Tarek will get the kids at Noon on Wednesday.

According to the final divorce judgment obtained by Radar, Christina gets the first weekend of each month (Friday through Wednesday) and Tarek gets the third weekend (Friday through Sunday).
They’ve also agreed to make temporary arrangements to the custody agreement if/when either parent’s work schedule gets in the way of their time.
“The parties recognize that each parent’s work schedule often requires him and/or her to travel during his and/or her regularly scheduled custodial time,” state the docs.

“In consideration of the minor children’s best interest, the parties agree: “If [Tarek/Christina] is unable to exercise [his/her] custodial time due to [his/her] employment obligations, then [Christina/Tarek] will use best efforts to reschedule missed parenting time with the minor children at a time mutually agreed upon [by both parties].”
As readers know, the co-hosts announced in December 2016 that they had split after seven years of marriage following a disturbing 911 call to their home earlier that year.
Then, less than a month later on January 9, 2017, Tarek filed for divorce.
