The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported Monday that Feb. 13 filings with the Fulton County magistrate court show Kelly owes more than $31,000 in past due payments to SB Property Management Global. Court filings show Kelly paid $3,000 a month and $11,542 a month, respectively, for two homes just 2 miles (3 kilometers) apart. Records don't show criminal filings related to the matter. Neither the property company's Edmond Green nor Kelly spokesman Trevian Kutti would comment to the newspaper. 'Psycho' Actor John Gavin Dies At 86 John Gavin, the tall, strikingly handsome actor who appeared in "Spartacus," ''Psycho" and other hit films of the 1960s before becoming President Ronald Reagan's ambassador to Mexico, has died at age 86. Budd Burton Moss is the manager of Gavin's wife, actress Constance Towers. He says Gavin died Friday. No cause of death was immediately available. Gavin played Julius Caesar in "Spartacus" and Janet Leigh's divorced lover, Sam Loomis, in the 1960 Alfred Hitchcock classic "Psycho." Golfer Bill Haas Involved In Car Crash That Killed The Driver He Was With & Clipped Actor Luke Wilson's Car Officials say professional golfer Bill Haas was hospitalized but escaped serious injuries following a rollover crash in Los Angeles that killed the driver of the Ferrari he was riding in and injured the driver of a BMW. Officer James Stoughton says the Ferrari collided with the BMW in the Pacific Palisades neighborhood Tuesday evening. Stoughton says the male driver of the Ferrari died at the scene. The other driver, a 50-year-old woman, was hospitalized in serious condition. Haas' manager Allen Hobbs says the golfer was treated at a hospital and released. Hobbs says the six-time PGA Tour winner is shaken up and has withdrawn from this week's Genesis Open in Los Angeles.
