‘Deadpool 2’ Breaks Advance Ticket Sales Records For Regal Cinemas – CinemaCon
This is the first we’re hearing about Deadpool 2 advance ticket sales and in their first 24-hours they’ve broken records for CineWorld’s Regal Cinemas. Within 4 hours of going on sale, Deadpool 2 had already doubled the previous 24-hour bench mark, and the Marvel sequel also broke the record for an R-rated movie being sold on Regal’s website.

Select Regal locations will offer an action-packed double feature, with back-to-back screenings of Deadpool and Deadpool 2.
Deadpool 2 from 20th Century Fox opens on May 18. It is the second event movie of the summer in the wake of Disney/Marvel’s Avengers: Infinity War which opens next Friday.
