Former President George H.W. Bush has been hospitalized in Houston with an infection, just after attending the funeral of his wife, Barbara, a spokesman said Monday.
Jim McGrath said on Twitter that the 93-year-old Bush is “responding to treatments and appears to be recovering.” He was admitted Sunday morning to Houston Methodist Hospital after an infection spread to his blood, McGrath said.
Barbara Bush was laid to rest Saturday in a ceremony attended by her husband and former presidents Bill Clinton, Barack Obama, George W. Bush and their wives, along with current first lady Melania Trump.

The elder Bush uses a wheelchair and an electric scooter for mobility after developing a former of Parkinson’s disease, and he has needed hospital treatment several times in recent years for respiratory problems.

Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth's joyride turned out to be not so joyful.
The "Malibu" singer shared a rare video of herself driving with Liam on Monday. In the video, Miley dances along to a rap song in the passenger seat as her fiancé drives the car.
The two appear picture-perfect together … until Liam exclaims "oh s**t!" and pretends to get in a wreck. A shaken Miley yelps as she loses control of the camera, ending the video.
"I f**king hate when he does this s**t," Miley hilariously captioned the post.
This isn't the first time Liam has crashed his girl's
selfie! On Saturday, Liam caught Miley recording a video of herself singing in
the car, and jokingly mocked her by making faces at the camera.
Looks like it's always an adventure driving Miss Miley. The couple the roasts together, stays together.

In the avant garde video, Ariana struts through a hallway,
dances on a ceiling and climbs a high-flying staircase overlooking a futuristic
cityscape. Director Dave Meyers shared
the beautiful meaning behind its concept.
"We wanted to explore was the disorientation that you
go through in life, and the quest we all go through to find the ground
again," he said. "We sort of flirt with the ambiguity of if you need
to find the ground, or if the ground is what you make of it."
