Meghan Markle's Mother Doria Ragland Tears Up Throughout Royal Wedding Meghan Markle's mother Doria Ragland was overcome with emotion throughout the royal wedding between her daughter and Prince Harry at St. George's Chapel at Windsor Castle on Saturday.
