Fans of The Bachelor probably remember Jason Mesnick as having one of the most dramatic endings to a season of the reality series, and as of this season, Arie Luyendyk Jr. has officially joined the ranks of awkward endings. Seriously, there has been so much drama with these two men.
While we could talk about Arie's dramatic finale, which began its two-part episode on Monday, we are still not over everything that went down with Jason and his final two ladies. If you recall, Jason got down on one knee on the season 13 finale of his season and proposed to Melissa Rycroft. What happened later is what shocked all of Bachelor Nation and pretty much made him one of the least favorite Bachelors of all time.

When fans tuned in to the "After the Final Rose" episode, they were surprised to learn that Jason not only wanted to break up with Melissa, but that he also realized he was actually in love with the season's runner-up, Molly Malaney. After breaking Melissa's heart, he turned his focus to Molly and asked her to give their relationship another shot, which she agreed to, which, again, was so dramatic.
Despite all of the tension and awkwardness, Jason and Molly ended up dating and eventually got married in 2010 — on TV, no less. They now have two children together: Jason's son, Ty, from his first marriage, and their daughter, Riley, whom the happy couple welcomed in 2013. After eight years of marriage, The Bachelor couple that began in the most dramatic way ever are still happily married and loving their lives together in Seattle. They even have the social media memories to prove it!
