Janelle Monáe was a lady in red at the 2018 Vanity Fair Oscars afterparty, but instead of wearing a dress, the Hidden Figures star stepped onto the red carpet in a Christian Siriano pantsuit that had so many details, we don't even know where to start.

First, the bedazzled shoulder-pad strips that match the crystal rose on her tie; second, the cropped length of the blazer, which hits perfectly where the skirt starts. The actual skirt features a dramatic train that looks great from the back and creates a perfect cocoon for the matching pants.
